Market Analysis Researcher
Commercial Valuation Consultants is seeking to add a market analysis researcher to our team in Denver, CO. Primary responsibilities will include researching and writing market analyses for a variety of commercial real estate sectors, including retail, office, industrial, and special-use properties. Economic overviews for Denver and the surrounding areas will also be a primary focus. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining templates and a reliable filing system.
Specific requirements for the position include:- A background in economics or market analysis.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Excellent grammatical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel and Word.
