Anyone involved in commercial real estate knows that the appraisal community is a small one. It's also one of the toughest to stay up-to-date in - markets change constantly, recent data rapidly becomes dated, capitalization rates rise and fall, etc., etc. Appraisers need to be diligent in order to not fall behind the curve.

That's why Commercial Valuation Consultants stays involved. Our principle, Rodman Schley, writes articles for the Colorado Real Estate Journal on a regular basis. Our associates stay educated by attending Appraisal Institute classes. We work hard to maintain a network of market experts in every city and town we work in. And we never stop working to more efficiently and accurately put to good use the piles of data that we accrue in our shop.

To give you an idea of what we've been up to, we've compiled a few links to articles we've published, print ads we've run, and news stories featuring properties we have appraised. Enjoy!
