Summary and Self-Contained Appraisals
We create some of the highest quality summary and self-contained appraisal reports on the market. Our geographical coverage is unlimited within the state of Colorado. We specialize in producing detailed, highly-edited reports with outstanding delivery timeframes. Nearly all orders are filled within three weeks, and one to two-week rush jobs are not uncommon.
We have an incredible depth of experience within our company. Our staff has over 35 years of combined appraisal experience, spread amongst all types of commercial real estate. In 2007 Commercial Valuation Consultants valued over 13 million square feet of building area with a combined worth of over 750 million dollars. Restricted Use and Evaluation Formats
We've worked closely with some of our largest clients to help fill their needs regarding loans with low overall values or abnormally low loan-to-value ratios. Quite often these types of loans require a less stringent underwriting process, and appraisals with a lesser amount of detail included in the report are adequate. This product type allows us to offer appraisals at very low fees and with very quick turnaround times. Rest assured, the same levels of painstaking detail and research go into every evaluation as into our summary reports. These appraisals typically come with fees ranging from $950 to $2,000, and two-week delivery timeframes are the norm. Highlights of the program include:
