Commercial Appraiser – Denver, Colorado

Commercial Valuation Consultants is seeking to add a detail oriented commercial appraiser to our team. We are centrally located near downtown Denver, Colorado. Primary responsibilities will include providing commercial real estate appraisal services for a variety of commercial real estate sectors including; retail, office, industrial, vacant land, mixed-use, subdivision analysis and special use properties. We have an incredible depth of experience within our company. Our staff is lead by an MAI appraiser, and overall we have over 100 years of combined appraisal experience, spread amongst all types of commercial real estate. We specialize in producing and providing detailed, highly-edited, high-quality reports to our clients.

Specific requirements for the position include:

• A certified general license.

• Excellent grammatical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel and Word.

Compensation will be based on a base salary plus a generous fee split and benefits package.
